These terms govern your use of bigoceancreative.com and any tools or applications operated by Dlugiewicz DEsign, LLC DBA: Big Ocean Creative (“we”, “us”), a marketing and design business owned and operated by Cassy Dlugiewicz.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What these terms do not cover
Client work is governed by a separate agreement. If we are working together on a project, subscription, or retainer, the proposal, statement of work, or contract you signed sets out the terms of that engagement. Nothing on this page replaces, limits, or overrides it. If the two ever conflict, your signed agreement controls.
This page covers use of the website itself.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read what is on it, and contact us through it.
You may not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to any system or account connected to it
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download its contents by automated means
- Copy or republish our content as your own
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, images, and code on this site belong to Big Ocean Creative or are used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Client work shown in any portfolio is displayed with permission and remains the property of the client or is governed by the agreement under which it was produced.
Your submissions
If you send us a message, brief, file, or idea through this site, you confirm you have the right to share it. We treat submissions in line with our Privacy Policy.
Do not send confidential material through the contact form. It is not a secure channel and no confidentiality obligation arises until we have agreed one in writing.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with your information.
Claude Mail Fetch
Claude Mail Fetch is a private internal tool used by the owner of this business to manage her own correspondence. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and is not available for sign-up.
Its data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

The site and its contents are provided as they are. We make no promise that the information on it is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Anything you read here is general information, not professional advice for your situation.
Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of MN, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Minnesota.
